Lucas and Dustine Kearney were born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and have lived and worked in the Las Vegas community their entire lives. Now they are passing on this same work ethic and sense of community to their children.

Nevada Property Inspections was created with the mission of educating and protecting property buyers in Nevada. That mission continues to be a driving force through today. Nevada Property Inspections goal has always been to put the interests of our clients first. We do not have any "special" relationships with real estate agents and always give our clients the option of being on the premises during inspection. Nevada Property Inspections was founded by Lucas and Dustine Kearney. Born and raised Las Vegans, Lucas and Dustine have deep roots in the community which makes customer service and return bussiness their main priority. Lucas a skilled framer with a college education started in the real estate bussiness straight out of college. He has sold real estate for over 10 years giving him an invaluable insite into what home buyers look for in a home inspection. During his real estate career he was licensed a mortgage broker giving him even better insite into what lenders expect to see in a home inpsection to help approve your loan. He has owned and operated several businesses in Las Vegas and still holds three state licenses as an Inspector, Realtor, and Lender making him the most up to date and well informed inspector in the state. Lucas met Dustine shortly after he started his real estate carrier. Dustine was the owner and operator of a successful show on the Las Vegas strip and the couple quickly decided to became a power couple, owners of this successful bussiness, and to start their real estate empire.
 
 Lucas and Dustine's families have been constructing homes in Las Vegas since the strip could be seen in one snapshot with relatives owning and operating several of the largest construction companies in the state. Being raised in this enviroment allows them to know the building process from dirt to finish giving them a wider and deeper knowledge of proper construction than any other inspector in town.
